2-Day Return Policy
You may return an item within 2 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included.
- A valid proof of purchase is required.

Return the item to our office or arrange delivery as advised by support.

After inspection, we will process your refund or arrange a replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Installed access control systems
- Installed CCTV equipment
- Opened networking devices (unless defective)
- Custom-configured systems
- Software licenses or codes
- Sale/discounted items
Defective or Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 2 days, contact us immediately.
We will guide you through a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.
Please attach photos or videos of the issue to speed up processing.
Warranty Claims
Most of our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty (typically 6–12 months). Warranty covers defects, not physical or installation damage.
