The 350KG ZL Bracket is a heavy-duty aluminium mounting accessory designed for 350KG (approximately 800 lb) electromagnetic door locks. It is mainly used on inward-opening doors where a magnetic lock cannot be mounted directly onto the door frame. The bracket provides the correct positioning and alignment between the electromagnetic lock and its armature plate, ensuring a secure and reliable locking connection.

How it works

The L bracket is attached to the door frame and supports the electromagnetic lock, while the Z bracket is mounted to the door and supports the armature plate. When the door closes, the armature plate aligns with the electromagnetic lock, allowing the magnet to securely hold the door.

A typical 350KG ZL bracket is approximately 260 × 55 × 33 mm for the L bracket and 189 × 57 × 50 mm for the Z bracket, although dimensions vary between manufacturers.
