The 500KG ZL Bracket is a heavy-duty mounting bracket set designed for 500kg (approximately 1,100–1,200 lb) electromagnetic door locks. It is primarily used on inward-opening doors or gates where the magnetic lock cannot be mounted directly to the door frame.

The bracket consists of Z and L sections that provide the correct positioning and alignment between the electromagnetic lock and its armature plate. The L bracket is mounted to the door frame to support the magnetic lock, while the Z bracket positions the armature plate on the door. This ensures that the lock and armature plate make proper contact when the door is closed.
