The TP-LINK Archer C6 Gigabit AC1200 is a high-performance dual-band Wi-Fi 5 router designed to deliver fast, reliable, and secure internet connectivity for homes and small offices. With combined wireless speeds of up to 1200Mbps—867Mbps on the 5GHz band and 300Mbps on the 2.4GHz band—it provides smooth 4K streaming, online gaming, video conferencing, and seamless browsing across multiple connected devices.

The Archer C6 features four high-gain external antennas and one internal antenna enhanced with Beamforming technology, providing wider Wi-Fi coverage and stronger signal stability throughout your home. MU-MIMO technology allows the router to communicate with multiple compatible devices simultaneously, improving network efficiency and reducing lag in busy households.

For high-speed wired networking, the router is equipped with one Gigabit WAN port and four Gigabit LAN ports, delivering up to 10× faster wired performance than standard Fast Ethernet connections. It also supports Access Point Mode, allowing you to transform an existing wired network into a wireless access point. Newer hardware versions are EasyMesh-compatible, enabling seamless whole-home Wi-Fi coverage with compatible TP-Link devices.

The Archer C6 includes advanced security and management features such as WPA3 encryption (on supported versions), Guest Network, Parental Controls, Quality of Service (QoS), IPv6 support, SPI Firewall, and VPN support. Setup and management are simple with the TP-Link Tether App, allowing users to configure and monitor their network directly from a smartphone or tablet.
