The Yeastar P520 is a compact IP PBX and Unified Communications (UC) appliance designed for small businesses that require a professional, easy-to-manage business phone system. Supporting up to 20 users and 10 concurrent calls, the P520 integrates voice calling, messaging, mobility, and collaboration features into a single platform, making it an ideal solution for small offices, retail stores, startups, and branch offices.

The P520 provides a complete unified communications experience with Linkus UC Clients for desktop, web, and mobile devices, allowing users to make and receive calls, access voicemail, chat, and collaborate from virtually anywhere. It includes essential business telephony features such as auto attendant (IVR), voicemail, call recording, ring groups, call queues, audio conferencing, call forwarding, call transfer, and remote extensions. It also supports Microsoft Teams integration and CRM connectivity to improve business productivity and customer service.

Designed with flexibility in mind, the P520 features a modular architecture that supports up to 4 FXS or FXO ports, 4 BRI ports, or 1 GSM/3G/4G module, allowing businesses to integrate traditional telephony with modern VoIP services.
