vThe Centurion SD04 Garage Door Motor is an automatic garage door operator designed to provide smooth, quiet and reliable opening and closing of sectional and tip-up garage doors. It uses a 24 V DC motor with battery backup, allowing the garage door to continue operating during power outages.

The exact performance depends on the door's size, weight, balance and operating conditions.
How it works
When the user presses a programmed Centurion remote, the SD04's onboard receiver receives and verifies the wireless signal. The control system then activates the 24 V DC motor, which drives the garage door along its track.
During operation, the system monitors the door's movement and obstruction force. If an obstruction is detected, the safety system can stop or reverse the door. Infrared safety beams can also be fitted to provide an additional layer of protection.
